This program will give you the tools to create life-changing habits through a customized plan, designed to help you better understand your body and mind through the
power of movement, meditation, nutrition, and affirmative self-talk.
Workouts and Recovery
12 workouts that include Day A and Day B depending on your energy level and/or preference, this also allows you to start to learn how to design your own programs. Overall, this equates to 144 variations of workouts.
In addition, you’ll receive the UItimate Warm-Up Video to use as a workout or to warm-up! It covers all areas of fitness and is guaranteed to ensure you are in shape. If you’re strapped for time, you can do this alone and it will be more than enough!
Finally, you’ll get access to our “All Things Rehab” Video for any aches or pains from head to toe, this video is guaranteed to align your back, hips and ensure you have a solid base and core to move pain-free.
Meditations and Affirmations
You’ll receive 6 meditations, 1 specifically for you and your goal. All 6 affirmations will be specific about your goals.
Affirmations and mediations are carefully crafted by Miracle Laurie May and are relevant to your goals and desires. Her specialty is guiding people through the fields of spirituality & personal development with ease, grace, compassion, & massive doses of encouragement. By utilizing the practices of mindfulness & accountability she will help you come home to your true self & your true purpose.
Coaching Calls
Over the 6 months, we will complete six 60-minute coaching calls in addition to once-a-week check-ins to ensure you are supported. We’re also available via text with any questions/concerns through the week.
COMMITMENT TO SELF
This program is all about the commitment to self. You will discover the tools, grace, compassion, and space to lean into your overall wellness. Through a customized daily program, we will set and reach goals that are attainable, practical, and fit into your lifestyle.This phase will require an overriding commitment and newfound discipline.

We will overcome the feelings of doubt and inaction and create a space of non-judgment and presence. Every person’s needs will be different and we will ensure that every aspect is centered around your individual needs and goals, with each day made to encourage and motivate, not judge or deter.
In this program, we will build on the knowledge and skills acquired in the first phase to fine-tune all the various aspects of your life, empowering you to become a better version of yourself.
