This program will give you the tools to create life-changing habits through a customized plan, designed to help you better understand your body and mind through the
power of movement, meditation, nutrition, and affirmative self-talk.
Workouts and Recovery
24 workouts that include Day A and Day B depending on your energy level and/or preference, this also allows you to start to learn how to design your own programs. Overall, this equates to 576 variations of workouts.
In addition, you’ll receive the UItimate Warm-Up Video to use as a workout or to warm up! It covers all areas of fitness and is guaranteed to ensure you are in shape. If you’re strapped for time, you can do this alone and it will be more than enough!
Finally, you’ll get access to our “All Things Rehab” Video for any aches or pains from head to toe, this video is guaranteed to align your back, hips and ensure you have a solid base and core to move pain free.
Nutrition
Real nutrition info and guidance to teach you how to take your power back and eat right for you-plus easy to follow meal prep, what a plate can look like.
Meditations and Affirmations
You’ll receive 12 meditations, 1 specifically for you and your goal. All 12 affirmations will be specific about your goals.
Affirmations and mediations are carefully crafted by Miracle Laurie May and are relevant to your goals and desires. Her specialty is guiding people through the fields of spirituality & personal development with ease, grace, compassion, & massive doses of encouragement. By utilizing the practices of mindfulness & accountability she will help you come home to your true self & your true purpose.
Coaching Calls
Over the 12 months, we will complete twelve 60-minute coaching calls in addition to once-a-week check-ins to ensure you are supported. We’re also available via text with any questions/concerns through the week.
CONSISTENCY IS KEY
This program is all about consistency and maintenance through continued support. Showing up, committed to self, showing habitual grace, compassion, and self-love in every thought, word, and action; serving with purpose through drink, food, movement, meditation and simply being present. Your habits will be well-established and you will return with love to honoring your mind, body, and soul. You will find new strength and grace through continued movement and workouts and nutrition tailored to your changing and evolving self.

With carefully crafted personal workouts, mediations, affirmations-you will have the understanding that listening to our bodies is the first step, you will take control of your wellness from here on out.
